Brickell Flatiron Building Information

Brickell Flatiron curved-glass tower at 1000 Brickell Plaza, Miami

Brickell Flatiron is a 64-story condominium tower at 1000 Brickell Plaza in the heart of Miami's Brickell district, developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group with Capital Group and completed in 2019. Its sculpted, wedge-shaped, curved-glass form — designed by Revuelta Architecture International — is one of the most recognizable silhouettes on the Miami skyline.

Its 523 residences run from one- to three-bedroom homes — roughly 737 to 2,025 square feet with 9-foot-6 ceilings — up to two- through five-bedroom penthouses of as much as about 6,487 square feet with 22-foot ceilings. Interiors are by Italian designer Massimo Iosa Ghini, behind floor-to-ceiling curved glass with skyline, bay and ocean views.

The building is crowned by a 64th-floor rooftop Sky Terrace pool with cabanas and a juice bar, and a Sky Wellness Pavilion with a rooftop spa and fitness center. Residents also enjoy an 18th-floor lap pool and spa pool, a private movie theater, a wine cellar, a children's playroom and 24-hour concierge, valet and doorman service — steps from Brickell City Centre and the Metromover.
